OISC will be holding its 2018 Annual General Meeting along with a summer kick-around and Christmas Drinks on Thursday November 22 at The Glenunga Hub from 6:30pm (AGM to commence from 7:30pm). There will be free food and first drink free for all attendees.

This will be a chance to speak with A Grade Coach, Daniel Rossi as well as have your say on your club for Season 2019.

Pursuant to clause 6.4 of the OISC constitution, OISC will be holding its 2018 Annual General Meeting on Thursday, November 22 at The Glenunga Hub from 6:30pm (AGM to commence from 7:30pm), this publication shall constitute minimum 21 day notice required of the Annual General Meeting.

The following Business will be conducted at the AGM:
– President’s Annual Report;
– Treasurer’s Annual Report;
– Election of the Officers of the Club;
– Proposed amendments to the Club Constitution;
– Proposed name change and new logo;
– Determination of 2019 competition;
– Establishment of Life Membership criteria;
– OISC Strategic Plan Report; and
– Any other business raised by members.

Election of Officers

If you are interested in joining the OISC committee for 2019, please ensure a nomination is received by the OISC Secretary in writing, stating: – The office nominated for; and – Signed by the nominee, their proposer and their seconder (all of whom must be members of the Club).

All nominations must be received by the Secretary seven (7) days prior to the AGM. Please e-mail the Secretary. Note that to nominate for any one of the “Principal Offices” (President, Treasurer, Secretary), you must have previously held an office. Amendments to the Constitution
Pursuant to Clause 16 of the constitution (Alteration of the Constitution), changes to the current club constitution are proposed. The proposed changes can be viewed here. A fully updated version of the proposed constitution can also be viewed here.
